- Place Tea:Put about 6 grams of Rubber Band Tea into a 150 – ml container with a teaspoon.
- Rinse Tea:Pour boiling water (95 – 100℃) from a high position, cover the tea with water, and pour out the tea soup quickly within 3 – 5 seconds.
- Brew:Pour water from a high position again. Infuse for 8 – 10 seconds and pour out the tea soup for the first 3 infusions. Extend 3 – 5 seconds for each subsequent infusion.
- Pour Tea:Pour the brewed tea soup into a fair cup in time and drain it as much as possible.
- Distribute Tea:Evenly distribute the tea soup from the fair cup into tasting cups, fill them to about seven – tenths full for tasting.
